If the idea of not eating enough, feeling hungry all the time, or tracking meals (or carbs!) sounds awful to you, I get it. But I also know that sense of hopelessness and doubt when change feels impossible. I want you to know that there IS a way and it’s so much better. And by the way, it involves eating MORE food, not less! For me, being at a healthy weight is important because I want to add years to my life and LIFE to my years!
